We are looking for motivated individuals that want to start a career in the heating and cooling industry, and have little to no experience.

Our 4 month paid training program includes:

HVAC on-site classes
Online learning portal
Hands on at our training lab
Site visits to actual service calls with experienced technicians
Brazing
EPA training/ certification
And last but not least, a job in a well established company.

Position Summary: To provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to both residential and commercial customers alike according to AirCo company standards.

Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime and evenings on occasion)

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug screen and background check
